An opportunity has arisen for a Pre-Construction Manager to work with the Bristol based regional office for one of the most successful contractors in the industry.

As the Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for all pre-construction activities, including preliminary budgets, value engineering, pre-construction schedules, definition of bid package scopes etc.

Taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process and implementation of all necessary bid procedures and processes
Developing innovation that will support the tender offerings including new digital technology and modern methods of construction
Managing target tenders through the Preferred Bidder period to contract award
Previous experience as the Pre-Construction Manager in a tier 1 environment
Experienced working on projects from £10m to £60m
The ability to guide and support project teams
