We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well
- established online retail company based in Rochdale. This is a temp to perm vacancy with full time shifts available.


Centrally located in the Castleton area of Rochdale, easily accessable via mortorway, and a short 10 minute walk from Castleton Train Station.


Customer Service Advisor job duties:


  • Dealing with customers over the telephone
  • Resolving issues such as missing parcels and damaged products
  • Dealing with returns
  • Taking new orders and dealing with customer queries
  • Using order management software

Customer Service Advisor Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm

Friday 10am to 3:30pm.


Customer Service Advisor Skills:


  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent IT skills
**Customer Service Advisor Rate of pay is £9.50
