    Description

    In your role as Chef Manager at Sodexo in Cotham Gardens Primary School, Elmgrove, Bristol, BS6 6AJ, you will supervise the hospitality team at our esteemed school, making sure that our vibrant meals are served with a smile and that the kitchen and restaurant are operating efficiently.

    Supervising the arrangement and provision of hot and/or cold food from counters and steam tables
    Supervise the restocking of food from counters and steam tables, as well as the breakdown of stations at the conclusion of service

    Fundamental food handling abilities
