We're looking for our next Senior Administration Coordinator or Just Add Talent (JAT) Coordinator as we call them to join Heineken at our Head Quarters in Edinburgh As a JAT Coordinator you'll support our growing managed pub estate and be the first port of call for queries from our operators managing these venues, showcasing your excellent customer service skills.

About the role

This role will suit a true coordinator where you'll be the main triage and escalation point for all enquiries from our operator and field-based colleagues on all JAT Support issues, making sure that any issues are dealt with quickly and in a right first-time approach and with the appropriate issue-owner.

You'll need to be able to work across multiple stakeholders, coordinating, and assisting with, all centralised activity.

As our JAT Coordinator you'll also be responsible for dealing with complex queries, producing actionable insight reporting, identifying and implementing process improvements, and embedding business change project outcomes.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who can work in an environment with multiple activities on the go at one time, who can prioritise which work needs to be done first and who has an eye for detail and accuracy.

There is a need to have strong planning and organisational skills. We need someone who can take ownership and can learn quickly.

We are always looking for ways to do things better so we are looking for someone with the ability to see the bigger picture and make improvements.

Based in EBP, we currently operate a hybrid working framework which allows us to capture the benefits of both working in the office and at home.

As a team work a minimum of 3 days in the office currently being Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

We embrace learning and growth and we anticipate there is scope to develop in this role.

You're also likely to bring experiences to this role that are not listed above - as long as you have a thirst for learning and development, not every box needs to be ticked when it comes to skillsets.

This is why we have a smarter working policy in place which includes access to hybrid working, flexible start and finish times and condensed hours, to name a few.
