Marketing Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join our client based in Weybridge.

The successful Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and executing digital marketing plans to drive sales and engagement
Creating and managing campaigns on paid media, job boards, content and case studies,
Monitoring and optimising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
Managing and maintaining relationships with third party vendors
Tracking key data points such as impressions, engagements, conversions, and ROI
Identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement
Analysing customer data and behaviour to identify trends and opportunities
Developing and managing budgets for marketing programs
Ensuring accurate reporting of marketing activities and results

The Marketing Manager will have:

Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
Demonstrated experience in paid media, job boards, content and case studies
Ability to work proactively and with high attention to detail
Excellent analytic and problemsolving skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with A/B testing and optimisation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
