    Job Description

    What your new role will entail:

    • Lead the civil design of projects
    • Produce technical calculations manually or using software
    • Prepare technical specifications
    • Review and provide feedback on team's work
    • Mentor and support junior staff
    • Collaborate with other disciplines and clients
    • Manage project budgets and staffing
    • Oversee project safety measures

    Joining our Water team in Glasgow allows you to contribute to diverse projects and clients, broadening your expertise and acquiring new skills. Our team, consisting of around 10 members, is supportive and focused on professional development, aiming for individual and collective growth.

    Qualifications

    What we require:

    • Engineering degree qualification
    • Chartered Engineer Status (or working towards it)
    • Experience in leading project teams
    • Provide guidance to junior team members
