Registered Nursing Associate SCFT - Crowborough

W
e are seeking dynamic, innovative and motivated Registered Nursing Associates who would like to join our existing Nursing teams and work alongside the multi-professional disciplinary team in caring for patients who are either transitioning home from the local acute hospital or stepping up from the community.

**We are a 22 bedded ward with a multi professional team including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, Nurses, Health Care Assistants, and Therapists.
