    This is an opportunity to join Criminology, Sociology and Social Policy at Loughborough University, part of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities.

    Applications are invited from outstanding candidates with teaching interests across criminology and sociology, but candidates with an interest in: criminal justice, policing, victimology, substance use, crime and social welfare, with a focus on practical and applied skills - are especially encouraged to apply.

    The candidate must have sustained experience of teaching in a range of classroom settings (lectures, tutorials, workshops for example).

    Candidates are expected to have a completed PhD in a social science discipline or equivalent experience and the clear potential to contribute to our subject area.
