Client

Due to a growth a global top 50 law firm are recruiting for Construction Associates to join their team.

Role

You will focus on contentious construction matters joining the Construction, Engineering & Projects team.

You will advise government bodies, sponsors, funders, developers, employers, operators, constructors, sub-contractors and professional teams.

You will advise on all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication and arbitration and TCC litigation.

You will deal with a wide range of matters including final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding and other fire safety defects claims.

From time to time you will also assist with drafting, negotiating and advising on construction contracts, collateral warranties and other documents.

Candidate

Candidates with 0-2 years experience are encouraged to apply but ideally you will have at least 1 year PQE.

The team are also recruiting at 4-6 years PQE and Associates and Senior Associates are encouraged to apply.

You must be England and Wales qualified and have experience in contentious construction work, ideally with experience on UK adjudications and/or TCC litigation.
