Solutions Consultant - FinTech

London / Remote

60-85k Base + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a rapidly growing FinTech business is a leading payment processor specialising in transit payments. With an international footprint, they work with clients across the globe including high-profile transport providers.

With payment processing technology growing throughout the UK, they are now looking for a
Solutions Consultant to join their fast-growing, London-based operation.


As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Articulate and demonstrate solutions to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Identify, collect, analyse, and clarify business and technical requirements for complex transit deployments
  • Help drive technical sales proposals, presentations, partnership agreements and other collateral
  • Develop statements of work, solution descriptions, business requirements, and integration plans
  • Drive test cases
  • Monitor transit customer and industry trends
  • Contribute to product development and innovation
  • Highlight, report and manage project risks & issues

Key Skills Required:


  • 2:1 Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  • 35+ years experience in technical sales, sales engineering or product management within the transit, mobility, or payments industries
  • Technical literacy with the ability to understand complex products
  • API / SDK exposure
  • RESTful API design and integration
  • SaaS API solutions
  • Planning, scoping, and managing projects
  • Bid management
  • Entrepreneurial flair
  • European languages (advantageous)

The successful Solutions Consultant can expect:

  • A base salary of 60-85k
