Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for driving organizational change? Red Global, on behalf of our global client, is seeking a talented Change Management Consultant to join their team.

Apply end-to-end change management principles across diverse clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of the entire project lifecycle.
Must have experience of at least part of the end to end supply chain (procurement, goods inbound, quality, warehousing, logistics, planning, manufacturing)
Proactively identify issues and risks, seeking resolution promptly and escalating when necessary.

Skillset includes project scoping, insight gathering, problem solving, strategy development, influencing, intervention planning, and effective written and verbal communication.

~ Experience managing change related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
~ Experience with SAP is ideal but any other ERP is ok
~ Possessing a certification in Change Management would be advantageous.
~ Familiarity with SAP is also considered advantageous.
