    Position:
    Examinations Manager


    Location:
    Maidenhead, Berkshire (SL6)

    Salary:
    £35,838 - £39,555 (actual salary £32,853 - £36,260)

    Terms:
    Term time plus 5 inset days plus 10 days to be worked during the school holidays
    Hours: 37 per week, Mon - Fri


    NAG are working with a large secondary school based in Maidenhead and they are looking to appoint a new Examinations Manager.

    Previous experience as an Exams Officer/Manager within a school setting is essential for this role.

    Main Duties

    To arrange the smooth and efficient set up, administration and management of the examinations held within the school and all related systems.

    Manage and train a team of invigilators.
    Experience & Qualifications

    We are looking for a candidate who is well-organised, able to work under pressure, show meticulous attention to detail and enjoys working with young people.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good time management are essential.
    Excellent IT skills particularly Microsoft Excel and the ability to produce highly accurate data reports are crucial.

    A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, department staff, leadership team and outside agencies.

    A strong commitment to inclusion and equality is essential to the post.
