Description

We are seeking a Shop Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our Guiseley shop. You will provide efficient management of the shop and stock, achieve targets and give supervision and support to volunteers.

You will join our friendly team of staff and volunteers, as part of our network of 25 existing shops. You will give supervision to the Deputy Shop Manager to ensure efficient running of the shop.

The successful candidate will have retail experience and will be a friendly, customer-focused and self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative. Flexibility is also essential for this role as you may be required to work at any of our shops across the Leeds.
