Milk Education is working closely with a secondary school in Hulme, Manchester, and is seeking a secondary school Learning Support Assistant.

This job is a temporary role that could potentially lead to a permanent position, and you would be directly employedby the school.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing support for pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS
  • Supporting the development of individual education and overall pupil progress.
  • Have a positive mental attitude and be a good communicator both with children and colleagues.
  • Providing regular support to pupils toward their objectives and helping them achieve these.
  • Monitoring pupils' responses and progress to learning activities whilst implementing methods to further pupils' progress and achieve intended learning outcomes.

Role requirements:


  • Strong passion for children's progression and learning.
  • Previous teaching experience or experience with children in a relevant setting.
  • Taught in a UK Secondary School or British International School in the last two years.
  • Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
