Due to rapid growth within the business, we are currently recruiting for a Fibre Planning Coordinator to join our vibrant and dynamic team based in Norwich

Duties of the Fibre Planning Coordinator:

  • Validating Photos of Assets.
  • Updating designs to show actual routes taken.
  • Compiling As-Built files.
  • Visiting sites to get final measures for civils and cabling works.
  • Attending walkouts with clients.
  • Analysing measures to ensure that correct routes were taken and confirm changes made with field based/office teams.
  • Checking and validating A55's.
  • Adding A55 data to the Asbuilt designs.
  • General housekeeping of files/trackers for all Asbuilts.

What we are looking for:


  • Previous experience in planning and scheduling resources whilst working to deadlines.
  • Competent IT User (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail.
  • A great attitude, a fantastic work ethic and a desire to learn.
  • A good working knowledge of operating systems, word processing and data input.
