    Description

    Job Title: Technical Service Manager

    Location: Waterloo

    Salary: £60,000 - £65,000

    We are seeking a Technical Service Manager to join a nationally recognised Engineering Service provider to work at a flagship commercial site in Waterloo. As Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technical services to the highest standard. You will be a key member of a successful team working closely with the customer to ensure the clients receive the highest level of service.

    Responsibilities:

    ·Manage technical service delivery to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services

    ·Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

    ·Manage technical resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure that they are effectively utilized

    ·Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency

    ·Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary

    ·Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams

    ·Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

    Qualifications:

    ·NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Equivalent) Or Degree qualified.

    ·AP Status – Electrical or Mechanical

    ·5 years of Experience in a technical / management role

    ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    ·Strong leadership and team management skills

    ·Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical services to clients
