Panoramic Associates are working with a social housing provider in South London in the search for a Head of Property Services to oversee operational maintenance services across their portfolio, ensuring compliance, budget adherence, and tenant satisfaction.

You will lead a team to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions while maintaining legal standards.


Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the in-house repairs team for excellence in health and safety, tenant experience, and cost-effectiveness.
Provide strategic direction for service development, including health and safety, compliance, budget management, and colleague engagement.
Collaborate with senior management to drive the overall repairs strategy and business plan, integrating technology for efficiency.
Manage resources effectively to meet service delivery needs and ensure compliance with regulatory aspects.
Champion continuous improvement through data analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement.


Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience in Social Housing.
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships.
IT proficiency, particularly in Excel.
Full driving license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
