- Supervise transactional commercial contract management tasks to ensure efficient and effective contract execution, monitoring, and compliance across the organization.
- Develop and implement a streamlined process for managing the lifecycle of transactional contracts, optimizing efficiency and minimizing risk.
- Establish a comprehensive risk assessment framework for commercial contracts, ensuring thorough due diligence to protect organizational interests.
- Improve contract visibility and control through an integrated contract management system that offers real-time insights, empowering stakeholders with actionable intelligence.
- Solid experience in managing contracts exceeding £50M with expertise in highly complex technical projects.
- Background in infrastructure, utilities, telecoms, energy, renewables, or technically complex construction management industries would be advantageous.
