Our New Vehicle Services division provides a bespoke solution tailored to fit our customer's new car requirements. The services we offer include PDI and new vehicle preparation, accessory fitment and customisation.


Main purpose of the role
Manage vehicle supply through Import Centre operations to enable Renault UK commercial performance.

Lead the Supply Operations team to support the wider Renault UK business and drive performance.

Manage end to end supply element of Direct Sales business channel.


Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Work closely with Import Centre and NDS to drive vehicle flow performance from vessel to truck to ensure exit targets are achieved.
  • Timely Direct Sales new vehicle delivery & invoicing
  • Accountable for daily execution of Supply Operations processes from approach to delivery.
  • Ensure the provision of good quality, accurate information in a timely manner to the Retailer Network.
  • Manage, support and develop the Supply Operations team
  • Oversee the management of the Off The Shelf programme & Internal Supply administration, drive process improvements/efficiencies.
  • Produce forecasting and reporting for key contacts for activities within scope and in addition analyse, follow up, find and implement solutions.
  • Provision of content for Distribution related Sales Alerts and Global Communications
  • Identify & deploy process improvements to maximise Import Centre efficiencies
  • Ensure Supply administrative functions are executed effectively, communicating with FO team to support retailer contact management
  • Provide specialist support, guidance and maintain sound working relationships with Supply Chain stakeholders including Approach contacts, Import Centre and transport supplier regarding Vehicle Distribution performance, systems and processes.
To be successful, you'll bring some of the following experience with you:

  • Knowledge, training and experience would be learned in the function or if previous experience in vehicle distribution;
  • A knowledge of Renault Groupe UK, Network and the Commercial model
  • Sound knowledge of Renault Groupe distribution / finance systems
  • Good knowledge of all Renault Groupe UK products
  • Influence: suggest solutions and benefits to key actors, and influence best result for the customer and commercially
  • Ownership: ability to manage and project control of processes and situations to internal and network contacts.
  • Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and ability to prioritise changing demands i.e. business critical vs. daytoday
  • Attention to detail
  • Listening & Understanding: establishing trust & rapport with all contacts
  • Communication: all response media
  • Communication Skills being able to liaise with various departments internally & externally
  • Training/Coaching: ability to digest, coach, make best use of all supply related systems
  • Strong analytical focus with good MS excel knowledge
