Position Overview

As the
Retail Sales and Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business partners.

You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging your extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, client acquisition strategies, compliance management, and brand relationship building to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership_
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each retail partner.
Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
Strategic Marketing_
Craft and implement innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and market presence.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Client Acquisition Mastery_
Develop and implement client acquisition strategies that identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with sales goals.
Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance Management_
Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the retail sector.
Implement compliance best practices and procedures to ensure legal operations.
Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring a seamless compliance process.
Brand Relationship Building_
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands and industry stakeholders.
Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that enhance the brand's reputation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage brand relationships for promotional activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales and marketing leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of compliance management within the retail sector.
