- Using the dishwasher, ensuring that all crockeryand cutlery, as well as pots and pans are washed and clean, and returned totheir storage area
- Clean the kitchen, including work surfaces, floors,cooker hoods and any other areas, as requested by the Sous Chef and accordingto the shift checklist
- Ensure that the rubbish is sorted correctly,compacted as applicable, and put in the correct bins on the loading bay
- Ensure that the bins are cleaned and washed asrequired
- Ensure that the loadingbay is neat and tidy No experience? No problem. Justbring a strong work ethic, a passion for fresh food and brilliant service andwe'll teach you the rest.
