A strategic consultancy firm is looking for a highly motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join their team in London.


Working closely with the Commercial Director and the Chief Client Officer, the Business Development Associate will be responsible for supporting business development processes to help drive new business within existing accounts.

There will be two main focusesto the role, the first being research. Which will include researching the firm's existing accounts and understanding their challenges, then identifying senior leaders in those companies.

Secondly, using this information, the successful applicant will approachthese executives in order to create relationships and set up meetings, ultimately maintaining the forward business pipeline.

Responsibilities of the role will include researching, identifying and directly contacting senior executives and c-level decision makersfrom different accounts, analysing businesses, coordinating and supporting all pre-sales activities, scheduling and coordinating meetings with prospects as well as managing the new business pipeline to meet agreed key performance indicators and generate revenue.

The successful applicant will be a university graduate or equivalent with previous relevant experience.

The role holder will also have the ability to build effective relationships at all levels and will have a confident and professional telephone manner.

Commercially astute with great attention to detail the Business Development Associate will require excellent communication and strong administrative skills.
