- ACA / ACCA / CIMA (fully or Part qualified – QBE's considered)
- Experience dealing with Board Level members / Directors, to deliver financial planning & analysis for the future of the business, and provide a strategic plan to see them into the growth they are aiming to achieve
- Construction background (minimum 3 years / ideally 5+)
- Proficiency in managing financial teams, decision making & guidance with financial system implementation

I am currently partnered with a specialist & revolutionary construction company, who are dealing with a turnover of £2 million, to appoint a Finance Manager.
This role will be very intriguing for anyone who is skilled in recruiting & upskilling finance teams, and is proficient in creating processes and procedures, as NO.1 in Finance. This business is looking to bring their finance function in-house.
They are currently dealing with an enormous local authority housing contract, due to the housing crisis, and are projecting huge financial growth. This role reports directly into the Managing Director of the business.
