West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are looking for a proactive and dynamic Digital Business Lead to join our strategy and transformation family.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work with both system design and service development as a Digital Business Lead within a HSCP committed to providing excellent services to the citizens of West Dunbartonshire.
This diverse post will include the development and implementation of large capital projects such as the replacement of the CareFirst System, as well as driving forward the identification and implementation of the partnership's digital and data priorities, developing projects which will have both capital and revenue implications for the HSCP, West Dunbartonshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
As a vibrant and self-motivated leader you will act as an enabler to ensure delivery of the HSCPs ambitious plans for service transformation, driving transformational change and supporting services across the HSCP to provide excellent services ensuring staff, service users and digital transformation are at the heart of everything we do.
Our vision is "improving lives with the people of West Dunbartonshire", as a leader within the strategy and transformation family the post holder will be central to this in championing and leading the HSCP's approach to participation and engagement and embedding a culture of co-production.
You'll be a natural leader and strategic thinker and be passionate about working in collaboration colleagues across the HSCP, West Dunbartonshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, as well as our third and independent sector partners and our citizens, to achieve shared objectives and best value for the HSCP.
Developing services to ensure they are fit for the future and meet changing needs and levels of demand, identifying and implementing opportunities for digital service access and delivery will be essential.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for the post holder to make a real difference to the lives of the people of West Dunbartonshire and you will be given the support and autonomy to develop and lead change within the Health and Social Care Partnership.
