Product Development & Production Coordinator

Simpson Judge is working in exclusive partnership with a leading beauty business based in West London who, due to recent growth, are keen to recruit an industry professional who has experience of the full product development process including productionYou will work in close partnership with sales, compliance, production, creative, supply chain and operations


Key Duties:


  • Assist in the development of new products which bring commercial value to clients
  • Attend trade shows and factory visits
  • Manage the product life cycle of your projects from concept to completion
  • Negotiate with suppliers
  • Manage the critical path throughout the production process to ensure high quality products are delivered to clients
  • Input information into the ERP/PLM system
  • Regularly conduct market analysis, reviewing competitor products and reporting to the wider team
  • Liaise with clients to take briefs and turn them into commercial, profitable product ranges
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure products are fully compliant to regulations

Key Requirements:


  • Experience in the beauty industry
  • Critical path management experience
  • Client facing experience
  • Proven experience in developing products
  • Great knowledge of MS packages and experience with ERP systems
