Receptionist/FOH (Part-Time)

Wednesday & Friday (14 hours per week)
Pay rate - £11.00 per hour

Are you a motivated and hardworking individual with previous experience gained from working in a busy reception area?
Do you have a keen eye for detail and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment?
If so, we have an excellent opportunity to support an established company based in Glasgow city centre.
**Duties:
- **Answering all incoming calls
Meeting and greeting visitors
Monitoring security by following procedures
Distributing mail
Diary management
Booking travel and accommodation
Maintaining office supplies
Facilities management
Dealing with incoming enquiries
Inputting client information to database
**We'd love to you speak to applicants with: - **Previous reception/front of house experience - please note this is essential
Experience of providing reception duties in a professional services firm
A keen eye for detail
A positive, "can do" attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Fantastic organisational skills
Ability to work with mínimal supervision
This is a fully office based role within a modern office building in Glasgow City Centre - walking distance from Glasgow Central Station.
