As the first point of contact for customers and consumers, you will play a crucial role in managing product complaints and adverse events.
Handle telephone and email complaints, ensuring timely and accurate logging of all interactionsEnsure compliance with company guidelines in logging product complaints
Review and escalate medical query cases as necessary
Provide coverage for complaint management and compliance duties when required
Keep financial considerations in mind when carrying out responsibilitiesRequirements:
Fluency in written and spoken Swedish
