    The Organic Performance team at MG OMD are looking for an Account Director to join our specialists working across a varied roster of clients including British Airways, Curam Care, Premier Line and UCC amongst others to run the a new account for us.

    The successful candidate will support the Head of Organic Performance and existing AD in managing the team of specialists and fostering a culture of growth, creativity, and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong SEO strategy experience with a focus on delivering strong results. The role requires experience in managing a medium sized team with a confident and supportive managerial style. The candidate will play a critical role in understanding and developing client relationships, navigating complex client organisational structures, and identifying opportunities to develop the agency's SEO relationship with the client. The candidate must be commercially minded and capable of supporting in new business and growth for the team.

    Responsibilities Include:


    •This is an internal and client facing role, so the successful candidate needs to

    demonstrate strong credentials in setting the strategic application of SEO strategy for

    the client


    •Oversee the quality of the work being produced across the SEO team ensuring work

    produced is of the highest possible quality


    •Monitor project performance, identify roadblocks, and proactively implement solutions

    to achieve desired results for the client


    •Develop senior relationships with key clients and manage these on a day to day basis,

    identifying opportunities to deliver bespoke solutions rooted to business needs


    •Lead relationships with our tools and suppliers to ensure we are getting the best out of

    them internally and for clients


    •Provide ongoing thought leadership for clients in the form of case studies, award

    entries, speaking at events or contributing to industry white papers


    •Understand and feed into commercials, including scopes of work, forecasting and

    strategizing to achieve specialist services targets


    •Supporting individual members of the team in their career progression and

    development plans and ensuring that the team regularly attends relevant training
