Associate - Personal Injury Defendant Solicitor - Insurance - Edinburgh or Glasgow


DWF LLP is seeking to recruit an Associate with experience in defender personal injury work to join the nationally recognised general insurance team, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow.


On a daily basis this will include:

  • Ensuring, in conjunction with the Partner, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Ideally, have experience of handling defender or pursuer personal injury claims.
  • Strong technical ability to include a thorough grasp of principles and case law and topics.
  • Working with our valued and longstanding clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
  • Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practices
  • Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Developing your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices.
