My client is a renowned legal 100 law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.

With a commitment to excellence and a focus on innovation, the firm is expanding its team and is currently seeking an experienced IP Lawyer (Trade marks, Copy rights designs & patents) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

As an IP Lawyer youwill be responsible for handling a diverse range of intellectual property matters with a primary focus on trade marks, patents, copyright and design matters.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of legal professionals and contribute to the firm's continued success.

Legal Advice:
Provide expert legal advice on trade mark matters, including infringement, enforcement, and commercial transactions
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives and tailoring legal strategies accordingly

Dispute Resolution:
Handle trade mark disputes, including oppositions and cancellations, through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as necessary

Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on developments in trade mark law, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed legal counsel
