    What will you be doing?

    We're looking for an Account Assistant to join the Global Planning Team to support our Alcon client. Alcon have just moved over to an exciting media hub model, and we are looking for an individual who can help to ensure this model runs smoothly across the EMEA region.

    In this role, you'll work with the Account Director and Business Director to manage our relationship with Alcon, optimizing our global operations and supporting the central activation team with online media briefs, help monitor excellence of campaigns and client engagement, and escalate any issues where appropriate.

    In this role, you will:

    • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, global teammates across multiple countries and amongst the broader global agency organisation
    • Develop understanding of the media landscape and digital activation requirements and processes
    • Support the Account Director and senior leaders in driving client service excellence and agency operations
    • Help to ensure the media hub processes are delivered correctly and in a timely manner
    Qualifications

    What are we looking for?

    • Stellar attention to detail
    • Experience in Excel, PowerPoint and confidence in maths and writing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
    • Organised and able to manage tight timelines
    • Outgoing positive nature, who is confident, energetic and curious
    • Proactivity and initiative

    This is a fixed term contract opportunity for 6 months.
