    Job Description Overview:

    Our Hospitality Assistants work ensuring our event operations run smoothly. This post involves setting up the catering areas, serving guests to a high level, and clearing down after the events. Assisting in preparing food, cutlery, and crockery, making sure everything is ready on time. The work involves ensuring our high hygiene standards are met. The assistant may also communicate with clients, take orders, serve food and drinks, and attend to customers' needs. As our Hospitality Assistant, you will work delivering all aspects of our Swindon Hospitality catering events.
    We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, individual who will assist in the continued development of our successful catering operation, children friendly flexible hours and pay from £11.40 to 14.50 per hour. DUTIES & RESPONSIBIITIES:
    • Prepare our Hospitality areas for service, which may include moving and/or setting up furniture and trolleys, cleaning putting away after service.
    • Prepare the service area, hot display and other equipment as instructed.
    • Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food and beverages as instructed.
    • Checking equipment, cutlery, tumblers, jugs, serving utensils, containers, tables and all other catering equipment in the catering environment.
    • Clean catering areas to regulated standards as directed.
    • Undertake on and off the job training as required by management
    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Experience:
    • Customer care (Desirable)
    • Health and safety in the workplace (Desirable)
    • Working in the catering industry (Desirable)
    • Food preparation (Desirable)
    • Clear communication skills (Desirable)

    Transportation:
    • Able to commute.
    • Own transport would be desirable but not essential.
