Are you a proactive and enthusiastic administrator seeking a role in higher education? Do you have excellent customer service skills with a strong sense of teamwork? We at Signature are currently recruiting for a Programme Officer for our client, a top London university This is a full-time temporary role with the benefit of a hybrid working structure.

As Programme Officer you'll play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Your responsibilities will include accurately maintaining student records, assisting with student assessment processes, and resolving students' and academics' queries. Additionally, you'll assist with programme evaluation processes, and support other members of the team in times of high-volume activities.


Programme Officer Key Responsibilities:


  • Undertake administration processes for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Manage and address student and academic inquiries promptly, escalating complex queries where necessary.
  • Support academic processes, including evaluations, assessments, and enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate data using virtual learning environments and databases.
  • Undertake adhoc administrative duties as required.

Programme Officer Key Skills:


  • Strong attention to detail with great organisational and time management skills.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to tackle diverse challenges.
  • Previous experience in higher education or programme coordination is desirable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£18.00 per hour
