Corporate Solicitor – Liverpool - Jameson Legal

Description

Our client is a leading international commercial law firm who are seeking a corporate solicitor (senior associate/legal director) with 5+PQE to join their team in Liverpool.

The team act on complex mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and corporate reorganisations and restructurings for corporate clients, management teams and private equity investors.

You will need to have around 5+ years' post-qualification experience and have demonstratable experience of acting at the senior associate or legal director level, including mentoring and supervising more junior members of the team.

You may also be required to assist with business development activities and tenders, so prior experience in working on these would be desirable.
