    About the Pub

    The Bucks Head is an early 17th Century village pub situated in the centre of the Village of Little Wymondley which is two minutes from the A1(M).

    The pub is in good condition throughout and comprises two small bar areas, a conservatory restaurant, and a further room at the back.

    The main bar is carpeted and traditionally decorated, featuring exposed beams and a large open fireplace. This leads to the "back room" which is used for meetings and has approximately 12 covers.

    To the rear of the pub is a bright and light conservatory restaurant, with modern fixtures and fittings providing seating for approximately 35 covers which can also be used as a function room.

    A spacious, fully fitted trade kitchen is capable of producing any food offer.

    The pub boasts a large garden with trees and shrubs, picnic tables, space for a children's play area and a pitanque court.

    There is also a separate decked area with a large wooden smoking shelter and heating.

    The garden has scope to become a major attraction for the pub and provides plenty of space to host outside events in the summer months.

    The Bucks Head presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced publican.

    The pub caters for regulars from the local area alongside visitors from further afield who are drawn by the home cooked food offer.

    The pub is nestled between the towns of Hitchin, Stevenage and Letchworth in the affluent village of Little Wymondley.

    It sits on the Stevenage Road, which cuts through the village and is surrounded by residential housing.

    The A1 is just two minutes away and the village is serviced by several buses running into Hitchin a market town just 10 minutes away, with an estimated population of over 33,000.
