Leading Social Housing contractor has a new and exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Manager to work on a High-Rise Social Housing contract which has just been recently secured in Wolverhampton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful Manager will need to have experience working in an electrical leading position and as part of a team or on own initiative. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious leader within the sector to take on a rewarding challenge to work for an innovative organisation.

The work will consist of Electrical Mains being taken from outside the building and fed into mains and electrical points for the flats to have a power source. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity and has the option for temp/perm

THE CANDIDATE:

• Desirable to hold a Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical Installation or City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years site management experience or similar.
• Ability to attend meetings and work effectively with people of all levels, access to a vehicle.
