We are delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting, internationally expanding organisation based in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

Due to a high level of growth, they are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-dayfinancial activities of the business.

This is a dynamic, aspirational role that will see you lead and develop the finances of the company with a view to progressing your own career towards becoming a Financial Director.

The main duties of this role will include:

Taking ownership of month end/analysis/reconciliations
Leading year end/tax preparation and liaising with auditors
Reviewing and identifying potential risks to the organisation
Ensuring efficient financial controls are in place
Overseeing cashflow and understanding of future requirements
Leading and developing a small but growing finance team
Supporting various projects i.e. system implementations and international growth
Managing global tax schedules and transfer pricing requirements
Reviewing customer debt/cash allocation and escalating if need be
Continuously reporting on measures such as costs, overheads commission and headcount

This exciting venture is offering £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) with additional benefits.

Ideally this role will be fully office based but there may be the opportunity to work from home on occasion further down the line.
