Band 7 Rotational Pharmacist (£46,244 - £53,789)

We are seeking ambitious and motivated pharmacist(s) to join our team of Band 7 rotational pharmacists at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Rotations may include the Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital, The Aberdeen Maternity Hospital, and Woodend Hospital, all within Aberdeen city. It's an exciting time for NHS Grampian with major developments such as the ANCHOR Centre (Cancer) and the Baird Family Hospital underway, both set to open in 2024/5. Additionally, we have a new NHS Grampian Strategy focusing on sustainable health and care for the next decade.

You will engage in our established rotation program, gaining knowledge and experience across various pharmacy disciplines including medicine, oncology, surgery, paediatrics, aseptic dispensing, and quality assurance. Training and mentorship will be provided in alignment with the post-registration foundation framework. You will also be involved in training and supporting junior colleagues and pharmacy students.

This role involves participation in the on-call rota, with training commencing after an initial settling-in period. Multiple positions are available, and we welcome applications from candidates interested in part-time roles as well.
