    Position:
    Senior Sales Negotiator

    Salary:
    Basic £26,000 - £27,000, OTE - £42,000.

    As a pivotal member of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in forging strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the intricacies of property transactions with finesse and expertise.

    This role is not just about sales; it's about delivering an exceptional service that clients will remember.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive the sales process from inquiry to completion
    • Conduct property valuations and develop new business
    • Provide marketleading advice and support to clients
    • Negotiate transactions and manage a portfolio of properties
    • Maintain impeccable records and adhere to regulatory standards

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales negotiator role or similar
    • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • A comprehensive understanding of the property market and current legislation
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    • A personal vehicle and valid driving license are essential for this role
