Description

The role offers extensive EMEA crossborder (to Europe and the US M&A deal experience within a fast paced and highly successful US boutique.

Key tasks

Origination and execution of sell & buyside M&A transactions across the FIG universe
Act as a daytoday point of contact with clients, providing strategic and M&A advice
Core responsibilities include, due diligence on the industry and company, valuation analysis, preparing marketing materials, drafting

transactional documentation and announcements

Assist with/ oversee client takeon
Manage and assist with the preparation of financial models and business valuations, including using DCF, merger and LBO models
Assist in origination efforts through preparing marketing materials /pitches to prospective new clients
Oversee work of analysts and interns assigned to specific projects

Requirements:

A proven background in FIG, from Investment banking, Corporate or Big
Excellent financial modelling experience (operating models, merger models, LBO, etc )
Experience in buyside and sellside M&A
Project management
Strong communications skills: ability to interact confidently with banking professionals and clients
Outstanding analytical skills
Team work
