We are excited to be working with this well-known fashion brand in their search for an experienced PLC General Counsel and Company Secretary for a 12-month contract.

This is a highly impactful and commercially focussed role advising an international board around legal risk and the regulatory impact of business initiatives.

This role does require someone with substantial experience working in a PLC Retail / B2C business as a General Counsel and Company Secretary.

The business is in an extremely fast-paced and high-growth sector requiring a legal leader who is used to working in an agile commercial environment with the ability to focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
