Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading insights generation on customer profiles and enhancing their overall experience. Specific responsibilities include:

• Utilizing Power BI to create dashboards for automated data solutions
• Proficient in using DAX code to develop reports and demonstrate value to clients
• Employing SQL to analyze and interpret large datasets for valuable insights on customer behavior metrics
• Emphasizing client relationship building to enhance their understanding of the Microsoft stack and data implementation in their operations

Required Skills:

• Expertise in Power BI and DAX
• Strong knowledge of leveraging data for insights and strategic decision-making
