Key Responsibilities:
Build and analyse complex financial modelsEmploy "Project Finance" grade cash flow modelling techniquesEvaluate potential investment opportunitiesCreate and update marketing materialsBe involved in the due diligence processesExperience:Experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles Excellent financial modelling skillsExperience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts
