This is not your usual service consultant position, we expect the best and pay according to performance delivered to the Business and revenues overall.

We are a fast growth and fast paced business and we expect the best performance from our colleagues, and reward accordingly.

There is plenty to go at, with over 500 cars on average per month coming through the doors
Full-Time, Mon - Fri: 08:00 - 17:30, Sat: 08:30 - 13:00 (Rota)

Service Consultant Requirements:
Unrivalled proven Customer Service skills from an Automotive background.
Presentable with excellent telephone and organisational skills.
Able to work alone, under pressure as well as part of a larger team.
Valid clean UK driving license.

As the business is growing we need flexibility in times of work, and to think outside the box, and look to enhance the customer experience, whilst also helping the business achieve its revenue targets.

Excellent communication skills are essential, and we are looking for real team players, who will work well with our dynamic team but can also work well alone to attain personal targets.

Experience using Desktop and other mobile software applications.

The successful candidate will be entitled to join the company bonus scheme after probation and will be rewarded in line with team achievements.
