    Walters People are currently partnered with a rapidly growing business in their recruitment of a Billings Team Leader on an 12 month FTC. The role will be based near to Coalville in the Leicestershire area, offer highly remote working and pay up to £40k based on experience.

    Walters People are currently partnered with a rapidly growing business in their recruitment of a Billings Team Leader on an 12 month FTC. The role will be based near to Coalville in the Leicestershire area, offer highly remote working and pay up to £40k based on experience.

    Key responsibilities of The Billings Team Leader:

    * Day to day management of the Billing team of five billing clerks
    * Overseeing workflow and performance plans for the team
    * Supporting the development and knowledge of the team
    * Regular process improvement reviews
    * Supporting in the development of an international shared service centre
    * Internal stakeholder relationships

    The successful candidate will have the following:

    * Previous experience of the Billing process would be advantageous, although a background across other transactional teams such as Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable will be considered
    * Has lead and motivated teams of circa five heads
    * Proven track record of process improvement
    * Is able to develop and upskill a team
