About the role
We're searching for a
Treasury Officer to join our friendly and hard-working team at A2Dominion.

This role is tasked with providing support to the treasury team in the delivery of treasury services for the Group.


Key responsibilities:


  • To be responsible for maintaining daily records of cash positions for all Group companies and preparing short term cash flows for key Group companies and relevant joint ventures
  • To identify any funding required or excess funds available and assist with arranging loan drawdowns, rollovers and repayments or investments as required
  • To arrange individual payments and cash transfers using the Group's internet banking systems
  • To be responsible for the maintenance of loan administration spreadsheets and Treasury Management systems and to ensure that these are fully up to date and accurate at all times
  • To assist with the provision of information to lenders in accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants of our loan agreements and to monitor JV covenant compliance where applicable
  • To create and maintain spreadsheets of funds/loans advanced to JV companies
  • To be responsible for opening new bank accounts and closing redundant accounts as required and maintaining bank mandates for all Group bank accounts and JV bank accounts as required
  • To be responsible for administering the process for sales completions for JV's where A2D entities are providing funding (eg. arranging consent)

More about you:

For this role, we're looking for someone with the following:

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths & English (Grades A
  • C)
  • Previous experience in a treasury role in a housing association or large organisation
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (including creating spreadsheets) and other MS Office programmes.
  • Experience analysing financial information
  • Experience of preparing reports and other information for senior management
  • Knowledge of cash management, cash flow, loans and banking processes
