    Marketing Manager - Fintech Payments / FX business

    £60-£65k plus bonus, share options and other benefits

    Hybrid 3 days per week in West London (W11) Office

    This fast growing Fintech payments business are looking to hire an awesome Marketeer to take ownership of and drive their Demand/Revenue Marketing.

    This is hands-on role, supporting a great Team and provides the opportunity for genuine career development

    You will need to be, outcome focussed, expert at campaign execution and happy to do the mundane as well as the exciting

    Experience of working with a scale up Fintech Payments or FX business would be useful but not mandatory.

    Key Responsibilities

    Formulate and Implement Data-Driven Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute impactful direct marketing initiatives across diverse platforms like email, social media, and events.
    • Create compelling messaging tailored to target demographics, fostering engagement and conversions.
    • Harness marketing automation tools and analytics platforms for precise tracking and evaluation of campaign efficacy.

    Direct Campaign Oversight:

    • Oversee the entire campaign process from conceptualization through post-campaign analysis.
    • Foster collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure cohesive execution and success.
    • Monitor and communicate key performance metrics to gauge progress and demonstrate tangible outcomes.

    Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing:

    • Exhibit mastery in utilizing HubSpot Marketing tools and functionalities.
    • Configure workflows, orchestrate campaigns, leverage email automation, and generate comprehensive reports to monitor campaign performance.

    Exceptional Copywriting Skills:

    • Generate articulate, compelling, and persuasive content across various marketing collateral such as emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
    • Showcase impeccable English language proficiency and writing acumen.

    Proactive Troubleshooter:

    • Identify avenues for enhancement and propose innovative marketing approaches proactively.
    • Maintain adaptability and resourcefulness in addressing challenges and surmounting obstacles.

    Results-Driven Mindset:

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in direct marketing, preferably within the realm of Payments or FX startup environments.
    • Demonstrated history of achieving and refining direct marketing campaigns to drive optimal results.
    • In-depth comprehension of data analysis methodologies and marketing attribution models.
    • Exceptional communication abilities and a knack for collaborative teamwork.
    • A fervent dedication to customer-centric marketing methodologies coupled with a strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making.
    • Previous exposure to HubSpot Marketing or similar marketing automation platforms would be advantageous.
