    We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join a successful family run business that offers excellent career progression and personal development.

    They offer a highly unique service that is redefining how consumers and businesses purchase, manage and re-sell vehicles.


    As a result of their fast growth, they are looking for an individual who is highly motivated and focused with ambition and aspiration to play a key part in the growth and expansion of an exciting business.

    The role as a

    Customer Account Manager:


    Working to set targets/KPIs.
    Attending business networking and other events.
    Management of the company CRM system.
    Managing customer relationships.
    Converting incoming leads.
    Negotiating vehicle purchases.
    Introduction of motor finance solutions
    Introduction and up sell of additional motor related services and products.
    Generating leads and looking for new opportunities.
    Making warm calls to new prospective buyers.

    Experience Requirements for the Customer Account Manager role:
    Previous experience in the Motor Industry is a must.
    Skilled and confident in using MS Office, CRM systems and social media.
    Confident when engaging with customers on the phone or face to face.
    Good written and verbal skills.
    Self-motivated, organised and results driven.
    Confident in attending networking events.
    Passionate – genuine interest in cars and motor vehicles is a must
    Professional at all times focusing on customer service.
    Full Clean Driving License Salary/package on offer for this Customer Account Manager role:

    Basic salary £25,000 to £30,000. Current employee in this role is earning circa £50k
    Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
    Access to salary sacrifice scheme such as private healthcare, pensions and other perks
    21 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays

    Business Mileage paid for
