    Solutions Architect

    The Solutions Architect will be driven by solving varied and interesting client problems. The role will be responsible for the architecture and design of large multi-disciplinary solutions, and support Client Managers directly in a pre-sales capacity to develop relationships and solutions that can support future business growth.

    Roke is a leading technology & engineering company with clients spanning National Security, Defence and Industry 4.0 through our Futures business and Intelligence as a Service. You will work alongside our customers to solve their complex and unique challenges.

    As our next Solutions Architect, you will support the Head of Engineering and CTO by contributing to delivery of the strategy for the BU as well as providing technical advice and support to the wider engineering community.

    The Solutions Architect is a senior position reporting to the Head of Engineering for Futures that brings together technical leadership and assurance, best practice, innovation and set the high standard of solutions development approach for the wider engineering community.

    Knowledge, Skills & Experience
    Proven experience as a Solutions architect
    Accomplished technical professional within depth knowledge of capability development and supply of the specific domain.
    Knowledge of sector operations, organisations, and structures and how to align them to products and services.
    Experience in developing complex project requirements and translating them into technical work breakdown structures.
    Experience of working in, and managing, agile teams and delivering complexity at pace.
    Experience delivering bids and securing both Client and internal funding.
    Direct experience with multi sensor data processing (e.g., Imagery, video, RADAR, LIDAR)

    ROMSEY Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you'll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the Spring.

    Clearances
