- Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts including development, construction and maintenance contracts
- Managing the procurement process
- Advising on corporate governance and risk management
- Providing strategic and commercial advice to the sales and project teams
- Trained at a Magic Circle, Silver Circle or US law firm
- 3-6 PQE
- Construction, energy or projects experience
- Renewable energy experience preferred
- Strong commercial contracts (and ideally renewable energy contracts) experience
